Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka was applauded by the fans as he was stretched out of the pitch after he collided with the advertising boards at Old Trafford.
Wan-Bissaka only returned back to the starting lineup against Young Boys after recovering from a hand injury against Chelsea.
The fullback missed Arsenal’s clash as a result but made a quick return and made the bench against Crystal Palace.
Now, Wan-Bissaka’s chances of winning back his starting role from Diogo Dalot may have been thwarted after finishing the game with an injury.
According to MEN, Aaron Wan-Bissaka collided with the advertising boards just as the full-time whistle was blown. He required immediate treatment before being stretchered off.
Mason Greenwood scored a volley early in the game to hand Man United the breakthrough but a superb strike from Fabian Rieder levelled things up before halftime.
