UEFA Champions League have released their group stage fixtures and Manchester United will face Bayern Munich in Germany in what would be their first UCL game since their defeat to Atletico Madrid two years ago.
Man United finished third in the Premier League last season and qualified for the club’s most decorated competition.
They fell in pot 2 and were eventually thrown into the Group A after the draw successfully took place in Monaco on Thursday and will challenge the likes of Bayern Munich, Galatasaray and Copenhagen in a bid to finish in the top two.
According to the official released fixture, Erik ten Hag’s lads will start their UCL campaign with a trip to Germany before playing two home games against Galatasaray and Copenhagen.
Because they begin with Bayern at away, they are set to finish the group stage at home against Bayern Munich as well and these two fixtures would obviously be games fans would be eager to see.

24 Oct – Manchester United vs Copenhagen
8 Nov – Copenhagen vs Manchester United
29 Nov – Galatasaray vs Manchester United
12 Dec – Manchester United vs Bayern Munich
Manchester United will look to get all three points in their three home matches and look to avoid defeats on the road, especially against Copenhagen and Galatasaray.
