Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo has described Diogo Dalot as his boy ahead of Everton’s trip on Saturday.

Man United will continue their quest on finishing in the top-four this season when they play visitors to Everton this weekend during lunchtime.

Manchester United dropped two valuable points last weekend after playing a 1-1 draw against Leicester City at Old Trafford.

However, The Gunners would lose 3-0 to Crystal Palace on Monday night at Selhurst Park, which eventually put United back in a better position to remain in the race.

United will go level on points [54] with 4th-placed Tottenham and 5th-placed Arsenal if they beat Everton, who lost 3-2 to Burnley on Wednesday night, on Saturday midday.

And Cristiano Ronaldo, who missed the clash against Leicester, took to social media to urge his team-mates to remain focused on the task at hand.

Ronaldo tweeted: “Work hard, focus on the everyday goals, enjoy the moments with your friends. Great training session with my boy [Diogo] Dalot! Keep fighting!”

Arsenal will host Brighton and Hove Albion this weekend and will need a response to their disappointing defeat to Crystal Palace.

Tottenham, who smashed Newcastle United 5-1 on Sunday, will face Aston Villa away from home this weekend as well.
