Bruno Fernandes felt disappointed after Manchester United failed to defend their narrow lead against Chelsea but was happy with the team spirit.
Man United headed to Stamford Bridge as the underdogs and their performance proved that to be true.
United were outplayed in the first half, forcing David de Gea to make two decent saves to keep the Red Devils in the game.
Early in the second half, United took the order of the game after Jadon Sancho got the better of Jorginho’s failed control and hit the ball past Edouard Mendy, with Marcus Rashford running beside him.

United failed to secure their lead after Aaron Wan-Bissaka gave away a penalty midway through the second half and Jorginho converted from the spot.
Fernandes, who wasn’t at his best against Chelsea, felt disappointed that his side couldn’t hold their lead but was happy with his side’s collective performance.
Speaking to Facebook, Bruno Fernandes said: “Disappointed to not get the 3 points after being on the lead, but happy with the effort shown by the team.”
Manchester United are occupying the 8th position with 18 points from 14 Premier League matches.
