A certain Manchester United fan has shared footage that contains a couple of errors made by Harry Maguire ahead of Brighton and Hove Albion’s clash.
Man United will host Brighton at Old Trafford tonight in the Premier League and several fans have urged Ralf Rangnick to drop Maguire to the bench.
The England international was criticised yet again after playing a role in Southampton’s equaliser shortly after the second half and nearly costing The Red Devils all three points late in the game when he brought down a player inside United’s penalty box.
Maguire’s performances have been questioned ever since joining the Old Trafford club last three seasons from Leicester City.
Ahead of United’s clash against The Seagulls tonight, a fan shared footage that contains several errors from the Manchester United captain, with some leading to goals and others prevented by his team-mates.

In the footage above, though the majority of the errors were from previous seasons, Harry Maguire is seen pulling his team-mate Luke Shaw down to the fall, which would inspire Spurs to extend their goals.
Recently, Maguire was easily beaten by Che Adams, before the Southampton forward scored the equaliser.
The 27-year-old also failed to stop Burnley’s forward Jay Rodriguez from scoring the equaliser when he had a chance to fall into the face of danger.
Maguire said after the game that he decided not to risk tackling Rodriguez because it was a last-man challenge.
Meanwhile, it was Luke Shaw and David de Gea, who came close to preventing Rodriguez from scoring but their efforts weren’t good enough, with many claiming Eric Bailly or Aaron Wan-Bissaka would have defended it correctly if they were in Maguire’s situation.
Several fans want Harry Maguire to be stripped of Manchester United’s captaincy but Ralf Rangnick doesn’t see any reason to.
“Maguire is our captain and I don’t see any reason to change that,” said Rangnick ahead of the Brighton clash.
“He is also a player who has to develop and get better like all the other players.”
