Gary Neville sees Manchester United winning Premier League with these three signings

Former England international Gary Neville claims Manchester United will win the Premier League title if they sign Raphael Varane, Harry Kane, and Jadon Sancho.

Man United are expected to be busy in the transfer window as they are looking to close in on Manchester City, who won the Premier League title with 12 points better than the Red Devils.

Neville could not be wrong with Manchester United winning the league next season as the three names he mentioned are clearly world-class players and would improve any team they sign for, nevertheless if the trio move to a team that finished 2nd in the league.

The Red Devils legend was asked in a Twitter Q&A: ‘Where can Man Utd finish next season with the right signings?’

Gary Neville replied: ‘Varane, Kane and Sancho = title.’

Raphael Varane will be out of contract at the end of next season and has been strongly linked with moves away from Real Madrid, with the La Liga side struggling to hand the World Cup winner a new deal.

Man United are looking at signing a new centre-half that will partner Harry Maguire at the back and are also linked with a move to lure Varane away from Real Madrid.

The defender is said to command a transfer fee of around £50million but so far, nothing has been official between United and the defender’s club and camp.

Jadon Sancho has been a long-term target for Manchester United and was close to joining the Red Devils last season from Borussia Dortmund.

The German side demanded £120million last season but United were reluctant to meet that price tag and as such, their interest in the England international cooled.

Sancho is more likely to sign for Manchester United in the summer than Harry Kane and Raphael Varane as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ranks the 21-year-old high on his wish list.

Harry Kane is also a target for Manchester United but the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City are also in for the Tottenham forward.

Spurs would demand over £100million for the 27-year-old striker, which is likely to put Man United off.
