'He's a big problem at United' - Roy Keane trolls Cristiano Ronaldo's haters after Chelsea goal

Manchester United legend Roy Keane has trolled Cristiano Ronaldo’s haters after sarcastically describing Ronaldo as a problem at United after Chelsea’s draw.

Man United resigned Ronaldo from Juventus in the summer in a bid to advance Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s chances of succeeding at Old Trafford.

However, the transfer hasn’t turned out to be what Manchester United had hope, as they are poised on finishing the season without a trophy and top-four finish.

Many have described the Portuguese star as a problem at Manchester United, with some pundits claiming the 37-year-old is preventing the younger players from shinning.

Ronaldo scored a beautiful volley to equalise the game against Chelsea, taking his total goals against the top-six side to 8 goals this season.

Roy Keane sarcastically tags Ronaldo as a problem because he scores goals week in week out.

Keane on Cristiano Ronaldo: “He’s such a big problem for Manchester United, scoring goals week in, week out, it’s not good.”

Manchester United are still likely to finish outside the top four this season despite the draw.

Ronaldo has also been linked with an exit in the summer but Ralf Rangnick believes only the striker and new boss Erik ten Hag will decide whether or not he will remain at United next term.

Rangnick on Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Old Trafford: “It is Erik’s [ten Hag] and also Cristiano’s decision for what he can do next — but today his performance was really great.”
