Uruguay 4-1 Venezuela

Both Edinson Cavani and Facundo Pellistri, who is currently out on loan with La Liga side Alaves, started for Uruguay and played a huge role in their country’s win over Venezuela.

The youngster would go on to win a penalty early in the second half and Luis Suarez would, no doubt, convert from the spot.

Pellistri was replaced in the 67th minute after his damage has been done and Cavani, who scored in the last second of the first half, also got replaced at the same time as the Alaves star.

Brazil 4-0 Paraguay

Alex Telles, who was left on the bench during Brazil’s 1-1 draw vs Ecuador, played full 90 minutes as Brazil beat Paraguay 4-0.

Fred was left on the bench, who played full 90 minutes to help Brazil seal a point off Ecuador.

The likes of Telles, Fred and Cavani are expected to return to Manchester United this week ahead of their FA Cup clash against Middlesbrough on Friday.
