Manchester United will restart their season with a home game against Brighton and Hove Albion but amid serious accusations on Antony, the Brazilian may be dropped by his club.
After Man United’s 3-1 defeat to Arsenal on Sunday, Antony’s ex-girlfriend Gabriella Cavallin made some strong allegations against the former Ajax forward, so uncomfortable that the Brazil national team dropped him from the squad.
There are reports in England claiming that Manchester United are under pressure to drop their last summer signing but so far, the Red Devils haven’t responded to the accusations filed against their employee.
Should United succumb under the pressure and suspend Antony from their squad until he clears his name in court, below is the lineup some Manchester United fans are backing Erik ten Hag to try out against the Seagulls.

Predicted Manchester United Starting Lineup vs Brighton
With doubts on Antony returning to the squad after the international break, we have predicted how Manchester United starting lineup without him against Brighton and Hove Albion could look like.

Despite impressing against Arsenal last time out, Diogo Dalot has been tipped to return to the bench for summer signing Sergio Reguilon.
Both Martinez and Lindelof, who came off in the second half against Arsenal, are expected to be fit for the Segulls game.
The enticing thing about this formation is the midfield and attack. Casemiro and Amrabat are expected to do more of the tacklings, leaving both Eriksen and Fernandes to find Rashford and Hojlund upfront.
Both attackers are different, which fits well. Hojlund has the ability to hold the ball upfront, like we all witnessed against Arsenal. And his playing style would enable Rashford make some runs behind Brighton’s backline, which is something he hasn’t done at No.9 because he has always lacked that partnership.
However, this is just an assumption. Erik ten Hag hasn’t worked with a 4-4-2 diamond at Manchester United and if Antony doesn’t return to the team, there’s a chance the Dutchman would play Fernandes on the right-wing, which hasn’t really favoured the Portuguese on a number of occasion.
