Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana has named Manchester United as one of the few clubs he dreams of signing for.
The former St-Etienne joined the Foxes last season and quickly settled at King Power Stadium, staging 28 Premier League and 6 Europa League appearances during this time.
Fofana suffered a medial ligament injury a week before the new Premier League season and will reportedly return to action next year.
As a result, the 20-year-old has not made a single appearance for Brendan Rodgers’ side this term.
Wesley Fofana may have not featured for the Foxes this season, but that hasn’t stopped him from eying a move to what he described as ‘dream’ club.
“A club that makes me dream?” Fofana asked. “There’s Marseille, Real Madrid, Barça. In the Premier League, there are Chelsea, Manchester United, [Manchester] City… But you have to work to make your dreams come true.
“Through work, you can achieve anything.”
The youngster has been linked with moves away from Leicester City despite entering his second year at King Power.
According to Foot Mercato, Real Madrid have opened talks with Wesley Fofana’s representatives as they want to sign the Leicester centre-back.
