Manchester United stance on Donny van de Beek after Valencia and Crystal Palace reports

Both Valencia and Crystal Palace have shown interest in signing Donny van de Beek from Manchester United on loan this month but United are not interested in including a buy option in the deal.

Van de Beek has struggled to get playing time since leaving Ajax for Man United two seasons ago.

Following the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in November, there were hopes for the Dutchman when Ralf Rangnick was appointed as interim manager.

However, the former Ajax midfielder has failed to make the first team under the German boss and with hopes of making the Netherlands squad for the World Cup this year, he is keen on leaving the club this month.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Crystal Palace and Valencia have shown interest in signing Donny van de Beek on loan this month.

The Dutch midfielder is keen on leaving United in order to get more playing time elsewhere but Ralf Rangnick is unwilling to let the 24-year-old leave the club.

Manchester United would be open to letting the Netherlands international leave this month on loan but are reportedly not going to offer his suitors the chance to sign him at the end of the season.

The transfer guru states that Man United want Donny van de Beek in their squad for next season as they believe he remains part of their project.

Van de Beek last featured for Manchester United as a second-half substitute during United’s 2-2 draw against Aston Villa but was left on the bench against Brentford and West Ham United.

Anthony Martial has already agreed to join Sevilla on loan and he is expected to make his debut against Osasuna on February 5.
