Injury news: Romelu Lukaku pulled out from Belgium squad with a hamstring issue

Manchester United holding midfielder Nemanja Matic says he is confident that the team’s striker Romelu Lukaku will start scoring goals again.

The Belgium international has failed to score a goal in his last eight games he has started for Man United in all competitions.

Lukaku started for United against Everton as a substitute but failed to use the opportunity to break his eight-match goal drought.

After Lukaku’s performance against his former club, Jose Mourinho claims the Belgian’s first touch improved and his team play improved as well.

But Nemanja Matic concurs that Romelu is a great player and also believes the forward will start firing again.

The Serbian star added: “He is a great player for sure. He has scored a lot of goals for United so I don’t see any problems for him.
