Paul Pogba reacts to Manchester United win over AC Milan

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba reacts to his side’s victory over AC Milan on Thursday night in the Europa League.

Man United are in the Europa League quarter-final because of Paul Pogba’s early second half strike.

The World Cup winner suffered a thigh injury midway through February and only made his first action in a crucial game against AC Milan at San Siro.

A big stage definitely needs a big performance and the big shoes didn’t fail to turn up.

Marcus Rashford got a knock and Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer didn’t want to risk the forward’s fitness and decided to replace him with Paul Pogba at half-time.

The Frenchman would go on to score the only goal in Italy to help Man United complete the Italian job and take the Reds’ to the Europa League quarter finals.

Paul Pogba took to Instagram to react to his side’s win over the Serie A side.

The 28-year-old said: “???’? ????? Moving on to the next round! ?? #UEL”

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reacts to Pogba’s performance and admitted that the Reds’ had missed his services.

Solskjaer told BT Sport: “We’ve missed Paul [Pogba].

“He’s been out for almost two months and any team would miss a player like Paul Pogba.

“He is very important for us and he’s going to give us a big boost. He makes a very, very big difference to us.”
