The three Man United players who secretly destroyed Norwich City at Old Trafford

Yes, Manchester United bounced back to winning ways with a massive 4-0 win over Norwich City at Old Trafford but there are a few players who made it possible.

Despite the huge win, United are still five points behind fourth-placed Chelsea in the Premier League after the Blues fetched out a well-deserved win over Burnley at Stamford Bridge.

Marcus Rashford scored twice, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood scored one goal each to add more misery on the Canaries.

Both Rashford and Martial were not that effective today for United. Martial was only able to have three shots against Norwich, while Rashford struggled but a tap in plus a goal from the penalty spot handed the English his 18th and 19th goals of the season.

While the four goals serve as a strong result for their fine performance against twentieth-placed Norwich,  deep down it was Fred, Brandon Williams and Juan Mata’s performances that helped the Reds.

Williams was useful both offensively and defensively and his sprint early in the second half handed Rashford the chance to score his second from the penalty spot.

Fred was dominant in the midfield again as usual. His tackles, long balls and interceptions helped United both defensively and offensively.

Juan Mata showed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer why he has been wrong to put him on the bench more often this season. The Spaniard provided two assists in the game and his performance was excellent.

He is an immense fan of the club since 2005. Miracle wonders where Man United would have ranked in the Premier League history if Sir Alex Ferguson wasn't given enough time to rebuild the team.
