Thomas Tuchel has reportedly urged Chelsea to make a move for RB Leipzig forward Christopher Nkunku, who Ralf Rangnick has personally recommended to Manchester United.

Man United in April announced Erik ten Hag as their new boss and they are expected to be busy in the transfer market in a bid to start a revamp in their squad.

Several senior players would leave the club in the summer just as much as new players are expected to make moves to Old Trafford.

As a result, a host of top players have been linked with moves to United, with Ralf Rangnick, who would become a consultant at the Theatre of Dreams in the summer, already making recommendations.

According to reports, the German boss, who first recommended Luis Diaz, Vlahovic and Alvarez to the Manchester United board, has privately sounded out Christopher Nkunku to the Red Devils.

The Frenchman has enjoyed a prolific season, scoring 20 goals and laying on 13 assists in the Bundesliga as well as registering 11 goals in 12 European outings across the Champions League and Europa League.
