Manchester United could be about to part ways with three senior players, who are currently under contract with the club, this summer, according to reports.
Man United are already poised to parting ways with the likes of Paul Pogba, and Edinson Cavani, who got taunted by some United fans after the Crystal Palace defeat, Jesse Lingard, Lee Grant and Nemanja Matic due to contract issues.
Juan Mata is also expected to follow suit as a free agent but recent reports claim that the Spaniard wants to have talks with Erik ten Hag before deciding on leaving for free.
Now, United could also lose some players, who are still under contract with the club, due to lack of playing time and fears they wouldn’t fit into Ten Hag’s playing system.
Bailly had earlier made his intentions clear that if his playing time doesn’t improve at United, he would force his way out of the club and that’s something he didn’t achieve under Ralf Rangnick, even when he was fit.
Henderson couldn’t knock David de Gea off the starting lineup and has reportedly accepted defeat and is linked with a summer move to Newcastle United.
Anthony Martial spent the second half of the season on loan at Sevilla but his short spell didn’t end the way he planned it, thanks to lack of fitness and injury issues.
The La Liga side, however, are not planning on making his temporary deal permanent and Erik ten Hag has reportedly ruled the ex-Monaco forward out of his plans at United, hence why the 26-year-old has decided on moving on this summer.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is another player who has been linked with a return to Crystal Palace this summer, despite joining the club three years ago for a reported £50million transfer fee.
Phil Jones is also expected to leave the club, with Man United keen on bringing in a new centre-back and Jurrien Timber of Ajax has been linked with a strong move to Old Trafford in recent weeks.
