Manchester United are now the favourites to sign the former Manchester City star Jadon Sancho, according to bookies.

The 18-year-old forward has been impressive at Borussia Dortmund after scoring five goals plus seven assists in his 17 appearances.

And his superb form has caught the eye of England boss Gareth Southgate, who gave him his debut against Croatia in the UEFA Nations League earlier this month.

Last summer, the 18-year-old forward left Manchester City as he strives to find regular playing time but should he think of moving back to the Premier League, Manchester United will likely be his destination.

Despite City plans to put a buy-back clause into Sancho’s Dortmund deal, a move back to the Etihad Stadium to battle with their order of forwards under Pep Guardiola may not be fancied by the 18-year-old.

Although the Premier League defending champions Man City are the second favourites to sign Jadon Sancho, according to Ladbrokes.
