Manchester United are set to be without the likes of Scott McTominay and Edinson Cavani in their squad against Watford on Saturday.
Man United will look to extend their unbeaten run to six matches when they host The Hornets at Old Trafford this weekend in the Premier League.
United last lost a game on February 5 against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup. Afterwards, they have managed three draws against Burnley, Southampton and Atletico Madrid and two convincing wins over Brighton and Hove Albion and Leeds United.
The Scot international, who was superb against Leeds United, missed Wednesday’s 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid due to illness. Cavani hasn’t featured for United this month due to an ongoing groin injury.
According to MUTV, both Scott McTominay and Edinson Cavani have been ruled out of the clash tomorrow.
Ralf Rangnick admits Watford’s clash is as important as other fixtures he has managed and yet to manage and says he is keen on getting the win on Saturday.
“It’s a very important game, but this is the case with almost every fixture,” said Rangnick. “We have to keep the momentum against Watford, and then be ready for the upcoming games afterwards.
“We are fully aware we have to win the game tomorrow.”
